You can book an apartment or a room directly through our web page or by calling our office number.
After booking, you will receive an email confirmation with all of your reservation details, including the name and contact number of the person who will meet you at the flat.
The apartment or the room will be ready for you before your arrival. Our cleaning team will prepare the flat and leave fresh towels and sheets. Our quality department will check that the state of the flat is completely satisfactory.

If a client should cancel a reservation, there is a cost, which changes depending on the moment in which the cancellation was carried out (which means, how many days before the planned arrival).

In case of modification or changes in the reservation, the same conditions for cancellations will be applied:

- 30 or more days before the arrival full refund minus a service charge of € 35.–.

Please, take note that the down payment will not be returned in case of late cancellation.

We advise you to take out travel insurance. In case of any cancellation, even due to any major incident, the conditions of cancellation will be applied as established here.

If we cannot, for various reasons, offer the apartment that has been reserved by the client, we have the right to place him in an alternative apartment with similar characteristics.

Occasionally, and depending on the season, the client may be asked to pay by bank transfer the total cost of the apartment before the beginning of the stay.


Our staff will wait for you at the apartment at the agreed time. They will explain how all the equipment functions, and give you the keys. You will be asked to sign a short-term rental contract, also signed by the owner.

You will then be asked to pay the remaining amount charged for the whole stay (in cash). Check-in time is from 3 pm.

Stay and check-out.

Should any doubt or query arise during your stay, the customer service department of Anabelle Bed and Breakfast will be glad to help you. On the day of departure our staff will check the state of the flat and, providing everything is in order.

Cleaning of the apartment is carried out before the arrival of each client. On the day of departure, the client is required to leave the apartment in a reasonable state.

Pets are NOT allowed.

Parties and guests are absolutely prohibited.

The latest check-out time is 11 am.

Any modifications to a booking (dates, number of people or apartment) are possible, but are subject to acceptance by Anabelle B&B and entail a management charge of 20 euros.


Each flat or guesst room has a different rate, depending on its size, location and facilities. Rates are established in days depending on the length of the stay and the number of occupants, and are always made in the best interests of the guest. These prices include the accommodation as well as any water, gas, electricity, clean sheets and towels used during the stay.

Rules for our Apartments:

Please Read Carefully !

As a client, you are expected to respect the house rules that pertain to the apartment and the community it belongs to. The apartment may not be used profusely for partying. Please look at the house rules thoroughly in order to avoid any problems during your stay in Budapest. Our main objective is for the client to have a good experience in Budapest while staying at one of our Apartments in Budapest.

1. Please respect our neighbours – normal working people who need to get up early and go to work every day so please respect the noise levels in the stairwells as well as in the apartments. Parties and guests are not allowed.

Quiet hours: Monday – Friday 22.00 to 9.00 Saturday – Sunday 24.00 to 10.00

3. Please turn off all lights if you leave the Budapest apartment; we try to keep prices low and would like to conserve energy while saving the planet.

4. Tourist tip: please lock the doors securely behind you and only take what you need with you for the day as there are professional pick pockets in most tourist areas of Budapest.

5. Please do not leave the excessive garbage in the apartment when you check out.

6. Please note that the check out time is at 11:00 as we need to clean the apartment from 11:00 to 15:00 prior to the next check-in (15.00 is the normal check in time). Let us know in advance if you need a later check out time.

Liabilities when renting an Apartment through us. Neither us nor the owner of the apartment shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour.

In case of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, We at our sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment, and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.
